These terms and conditions apply to all services provided directly by Đăng Khôi Tourist - Cat Ba Bay Cruise or indirectly through distributors, whether available online, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and/or completing a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below (including our Privacy Policy).

The terms and conditions set forth here constitute the entire agreement between you and Đăng Khôi Tourist - Cat Ba Bay Cruise. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website (the “Service”). By accessing any part of the catbabaycruise.com website, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 

Making a Booking

All bookings are generally confirmed by email within one (1) working day. If immediate confirmation is not possible, we will notify you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

After your trip is confirmed and payment is completed, a service voucher will be issued by Đăng Khôi Tourist - Cat Ba Bay Cruise. This voucher may be sent directly to you or via email/fax, depending on your preferred method.
 

Payment and Deposit

To confirm a booking, a service voucher will be provided upon payment completion. Đăng Khôi Tourist - Cat Ba Bay Cruise is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by passengers due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political situations, or unrest. Such risks are the responsibility of the passengers.

Passengers are strongly advised to carry comprehensive travel insurance. Flight schedules and local conditions may affect accommodations and itineraries; in such cases, we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives of similar value. Participation in any tour indicates full acceptance of the terms and conditions by all parties involved.
 

Liability and Insurance

Cancellation fees may vary depending on our local suppliers, as different cruise lines and partners have unique cancellation policies. For specific cancellation and refund policies, please refer to the “Rate & Availability” tab under each cruise option.

In the event of a cancellation by suppliers due to force majeure (e.g., government regulations, weather conditions, natural disasters), refunds will be issued based on specific circumstances. A full refund will be granted if the tour has not started. If the tour is already in progress, a partial refund will be made. Any unused portion of a tour is not eligible for a refund.

No refund or exchange will be issued if a customer opts to discontinue participation in a tour once it has started. Unused services will not be compensated.
 

Cancellations & Refund

While we strive to reserve the services selected by our clients, there may be instances where certain accommodations or transportation options are fully booked. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute services of equivalent quality and will inform you of any changes as promptly as possible.
 

Alternatives for Unavailable Services

If we are unable to provide the services you originally booked, an alternative option or alternative departure date will be offered, subject to availability. Should you choose not to accept the alternative option or the new date, we will refund your deposit.
 

Best Price Guarantee

The prices listed on our website include VAT (Value-Added Tax) and service charges but do not reflect the total amount you must pay. Additional fees such as bank charges and services not mentioned are excluded from the listed prices.

We strive to offer you the lowest possible price for your vacation in Vietnam. If, after booking with us, you find the same cruise cabin or hotel room under identical booking conditions at a lower price online, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate.
 

Price Match Conditions:

We guarantee our price is THE BEST. If a client finds a lower price than what we offer on our website, we will match it. For a price match to apply, the following conditions must be met:

• The lower price is publicly available online.

• The product and booking conditions are identical (same booking terms and conditions).

• A price match claim must be submitted before or within one day of completing your payment.

Please note that we cannot match prices offered privately or via email, nor can we match a lower price after one day of payment.
